Over the years, Panasonic has been unveiling some of the best rugged portable computers. Taking their rugged laptop lineup ahead, Panasonic has just announced Toughbook 33 – a fully rugged detachable 2-in-1 laptop . running Windows 10. Panasonic Toughbook 33 At a Glance

The brand new rugged laptop from Panasonic provides the latest Intel processors to choose from. The Windows 10 Pro variant can be configured with 7th generation Intel Core i5-7300U vPro or Intel Core i7-7600U vPro processor.

Another Windows 10 Pro variant comes with an option to downgrade it to Windows 7 Professional operating system. This model carries 6th generation Intel Core i5-6300U vPro or Intel Core i7-6600U vPro processor.

Both these models come packed with either 8GB or 16GB DDR3 SDRAM and 256GB or 512GB removable SSD to choose from.

Toughbook 33 features an IP65 certified sealed all-weather design which meets MIL-STD-810G standards. It is also certified with MIL-STD-461F.

To provide long hours of usage in extreme conditions, this Panasonic rugged laptop carries two twin hot-swappable batteries that provide 10 hours of backup on a full charge. It can also be configured with Long Life Battery configuration which provides up to 20 hours of usage.

The 12-inch 3:2 touchscreen display outputs a Quad HD resolution of 2160 x 1440 pixels. To display crisp graphics, it features Intel HD Graphics 620 on Intel Core i5-7300U and i7-7600U models. On Intel Core i5-6300U and i7-6600U models, it features Intel HD Graphics 520.

Panasonic Toughbook 33 Price and Availability

Panasonic provides 3-year limited warranty on Touchbook 33. It can be bought with detachable Premium Keyboard for better flexibility or as a tablet only. There are many other accessories to choose from, too.

With its price starting from $3,649, Panasonic Toughbook 33 will be available in the US from authorized Panasonic resellers later this month.
